Paddling for a Purpose: XP Property and Partners Conquer 41-Mile Kayak Challenge for Mental Health Copy

On Saturday 9th September, the XP Group - made up of XP Property, XP Surveys, Central Suites, and Aura Architecture -embarked on an incredible journey to raise funds and awareness for mental health charity, Oxfordshire Mind.

Our team paddled 41 miles in one day, kayaking from Abingdon-on-Thames to Henley-on-Thames. We set off just after 6am with two kayaks and a support boat, navigating the Thames under blazing sun on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year. After 8.5 hours of relentless effort, heat, and teamwork, the team crossed the finish line.

Thanks to the incredible support from our community, we raised an amazing £8,393 for Oxfordshire Mind, a charity doing vital work to support mental health across England and Wales. We are so proud of everyone who took part and so grateful for every donation and word of encouragement. This was more than just a physical challenge - it was a meaningful step forward in the ongoing conversation around mental health.
