Jack Jiggens

Jack is the Land & Acquisitions Director at XP Property.

Jack is responsible for finding, structuring and securing de-risked deals, our aim is solid financial returns and keeping our pipeline full with Residential, Commercial, Land and Mixed Use developments across London and home counties. Born into property, Jack started early on building sites with developing and flipping properties, later graduating with a Business and Marketing degree from Oxford Brookes University and project managed a 70,000 sq ft commercial office fit-outs for Yoox Net-A-Porter Group.

In recent years, Jack has built an ecosystem of award-winning and thriving property-related businesses across London and home counties alongside Business Partner Ben Richards; XP Property (SME Property Developers), XP Surveys (an industry-challenging measured building, topographical, 3D and drone surveyors) and Central Suites (fastest growing co-living property management portfolio across Oxfordshire).
