Retained with our investment partner, this sits in our portfolio after recouping some funds through the sale of the 3x newly converted flats.

Our bank lender pulled our funding 2 weeks before lockdown in 2019 which delayed the project significantly until banks opened their doors again later in the year. Like with most XP projects we de-risk our sites where we can. We maintained rental income during these delays due to phasing the building works successfully and moving tenants around the site.

The site is now a bustling commercial space to the rear building named “The Business Box” becoming home to a Chiropractor, an IT company, care provider, and social media companies.
