Bought from a pension fund this large office in the affluent market town of Thame, Oxfordshire offers various options for asset management and conversion.

The site came with planning permission for 22x flats however with some asset management of existing tenants we will maintain a solid rent roll during some of the conversion works and re-gear the leases to enhance the commercial value for 6,000sqft of the site.
